The House of Gavel & Glory
At The House of Gavel & Glory, we are anchored in the eternal truth of God's Word and committed to publishing works that uphold the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, and the power of the Gospel to transform lives.
1. The Bible
We believe the Holy Scriptures—both Old and New Testaments—are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. They are the final standard for faith, life, and godliness (2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12).
2. The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, co-equal, and co-eternal, yet distinct in role and relationship (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
3. Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ—His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death through His shed blood, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His imminent return in power and glory (John 1:1–14; Colossians 1:15–20; Revelation 19:11–16).
4. Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not earned by human effort but granted through repentance and acceptance of Christ's finished work on the Cross (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10).
5. The Holy Spirit
We believe in the active work of the Holy Spirit who convicts, regenerates, indwells, empowers, and sanctifies believers. He equips the Church with spiritual gifts for the edification of the body and the advancement of God’s Kingdom (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11).
6. The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to be holy, unified, and missional. It is composed of all who have been born again and is called to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and represent the Kingdom of God on earth (Matthew 28:19–20; 1 Peter 2:9).
7. The Blood and the Judgment
We believe in the power of the blood of Jesus to cleanse, redeem, and commission. We also affirm that Christ is both Savior and Judge—that mercy and righteousness meet at the Cross, and that every believer will stand before the judgment seat of Christ to give account (Hebrews 9:22; 2 Corinthians 5:10).
8. Eternity
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved and the lost—the saved unto eternal life and the lost unto eternal separation from God. Heaven and Hell are real, and the choices made in this life matter forever (John 5:28–29; Revelation 20:11–15).
We exist to publish with conviction, creativity, and courage—boldly proclaiming the Word of God, upholding truth in love, and preparing a generation to walk in both gavel and glory.
